paddle board yoga schedule
time: expect a 90 minute experience on the water with us, giving enough time to enjoy our 60 minute practice + paddle a short distance to and from our practice location.
boards: our paddle boards are specifically designed for a yoga practice on them. while you can certainly bring your own board and anchor ($40), please note that some postures and variations might be difficult depending on the style of board you have.
weather: in the event of high winds, we will not run our sup yoga classes (trust us when we say, too much wind takes the fun out of it!). however, as our boards are inflatable and can be moved all over the island, we will do our best to ensure your class happens in a location that is beautiful and protected from wind.
private paddle board lessons: please inquire about pricing + availability!
commonly asked questions :

a: almost always. and it makes it so much more fun when you do!
q: what do i wear?
a: you should wear anything you feel comfortable moving in and potentially getting wet. ie. swimsuit, shorts or yoga wear

a: it is recommended that you are familiar with the physical yoga practice. but the most important thing is to have fun and enjoy being out on the water
